    No, this is intended to be a business meeting for AutoCanada leadership only.

    Yes, flights to and from Calgary are your responsibility. You should plan to arrive on Monday, February 5, 2024, before 6 pm and depart in the morning on Wednesday, February 7, 2024.


    Per company policy, all airline reservations must be made through the corporate travel agency, Corporate Traveler preferred method for participants to book their airline reservations is using the Concur Travel and Expense tool, our on-line booking tool for business travel.

    ** Participants should not book their own hotel reservations. **

    • Rooms have been reserved for all out-of-town guests
    • Hotel rooms for this meeting are under contract and reservations are made via a master rooming list by the ELC.
    • The same reservation will be made for all guests as follows: Check-in on Monday, February 5, 2024, and check-out Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Hotel check out is XXXX.
    • If you would like to extend to add nights to your stay for business purposes, requests should be sent to the ELC Meeting Team by emailing elc@autocan.ca - Please use the subject line: Change to Hotel Reservation.

    It is recommended to take a cab or Uber from the airport to the hotel. Calgary International Airport is about 21 minutes from the Hyatt Calgary.

    We will provide vouchers for parking so please park in the Hyatt Calgary parking lot. Do not valet.

    Please come prepared ready to engage and focus. Pen and paper will be provided.

    The meeting is Tuesday, February 6, 2024. Out of town guests will arrive on Monday, February 5 and depart on Wednesday, February 7. Team members from Calgary should plan to arrive at 6:30am for breakfast.

    Attire is business casual.

    AutoCanada leadership is invited to the meeting. This includes members of the senior executive team, the Executive Chairman, the President of North America, the COO, the CFO, all Platform Vice Presidents and a select number of Home Office Vice Presidents will be in attendance.

    There are a few breaks scheduled throughout the day where you will have the opportunity to make a quick business call. Following the day portion of the meeting there is also a break before the Awards Dinner where teammates staying in the hotel will have the opportunity to go to their room and can use that time to make business calls, if necessary. For local guests not staying onsite, there are a lot of common areas available.
